Business automation.
Built around your tools.

Connect the everyday steps behind enquiries, quotes and appointments. KORPACT builds custom workflows for small businesses, starting with one task and the tools you already use.

Tell us what you need

One clear flow.
Connected work.

An enquiry arriving, a quote awaiting a reply or an appointment request can each start a workflow. We agree what information should move, who needs it and where a person makes the next decision.

01Custom scope

Enquiries & customer records

Capture a website enquiry, save the useful details and notify the person who will respond. Start with the information your team needs to continue the conversation.

Starts with
A submitted form or an agreed enquiry source.
Can include
A saved record and an internal notification.
Your team
Checks the request and responds to the customer.
02Custom scope

Quote follow-ups

Keep track of open quotes and prepare the next customer contact. The timing, message and stopping rules are defined around your sales process.

Starts with
A quote status and an agreed follow-up point.
Can include
A reminder and a prepared follow-up message.
Your team
Checks the context before contacting the customer.
03Custom scope

Appointment requests

Collect a preferred date and time, then connect the request to the steps needed to arrange the appointment. Calendar checks depend on the access your tools support.

Starts with
A customer proposing a preferred time.
Can include
A request record, calendar checks and notifications.
Your team
Confirms the appointment through the agreed process.
04Custom scope

Connected business tools

Move agreed information between forms, spreadsheets and business systems. We check available connections and decide which record should be the source for each piece of information.

Starts with
A new record or an agreed change in a connected tool.
Can include
Updating the corresponding record in another tool.
Your team
Handles incomplete information and agreed exceptions.

These are possible starting points. Your proposal defines which workflow, tools and actions are included.

From a repeated task.
To an agreed workflow.

Bring an example of the work as it happens today. We use it to define and test a practical first project.

  1. 01

    Map the handover.

We identify the trigger, the required information and who owns the next step. Together, we check access, tool limits and any running costs.

A defined scope and quote before the build.
  2. 02

    Connect & check.

We build the agreed connections and test typical requests, missing details and what happens when a tool needs attention. AI is included only where interpreting information or preparing a draft helps.

A workflow you can review with realistic examples.
  3. 03

    Launch with a clear owner.

We agree when the workflow is ready, explain how to use it and document the essential actions and exceptions. Maintenance and monitoring are scoped separately.

A working automation with an agreed handover.

See our own contact workflow.

Our documented build records an enquiry before an internal notification is sent. It uses rule-based automation, with Hugo responding personally.

Before we
connect the work.

Can you work with our existing tools?

We start there. Before proposing a build, we check the connections, permissions and account features your tools provide. The proposal identifies any limits or changes needed.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. Capturing a form, moving a record or sending an internal notification may only need clear rules. AI can be useful for interpreting a message or preparing a draft, with review points agreed in advance.

Does an appointment request confirm the booking?

The confirmation step is defined for your project. On KORPACT’s own website, proposing a time creates a request. We check availability and confirm it afterwards.

What does the project cost?

The first 30-minute conversation is free. Design and implementation are quoted for the agreed scope. Tool subscriptions, usage costs and any ongoing support are discussed separately before you proceed.

One useful task.
A first conversation.

The first 30-minute call is free. Bring a task you want to improve. You can propose a preferred time; we confirm availability before the appointment is agreed.
