An AI email assistant.
Ready for your review.

Make long email conversations easier to pick up. KORPACT builds custom AI email workflows that summarise threads and prepare reply drafts for small businesses, with a person reviewing the response.

Tell us what you need

The context together.
Your judgement in the reply.

Start with a type of email your team handles repeatedly. We agree which messages the workflow can access, what a useful summary contains and where the draft is reviewed.

01Custom scope

Email thread summaries

Bring the key request and relevant context into a shorter summary. The original conversation remains the place to check details before making a decision.

Input
The email or thread included in the agreed scope.
Output
A summary of the request and relevant context.
Review
Check names, dates, amounts and any missing information.
02Custom scope

Reply drafts for your review

Prepare a starting point for a response using the context and guidance you provide. Your team checks the meaning, adjusts the wording and decides what to send.

Input
A customer message and your approved response guidance.
Output
A draft suited to the type of enquiry.
Review
Confirm the facts, commitments and tone before sending.

A summary or draft can miss important context. Review is part of the workflow; the scope defines which messages and actions are included.

Start with the emails
you handle every day.

A few representative examples help us understand the conversation, the decision and the response your team needs.

  1. 01

    Choose the task.

We identify a repeated email task and check what your email tools allow. Together, we define access, the information needed and where the output should appear.

An agreed use case, permissions and project quote.
  2. 02

    Shape the response.

We use your examples and guidance to define the summary and draft. We review straightforward messages, incomplete requests and cases where the system should leave the decision to a person.

Outputs you can compare with your team’s expectations.
  3. 03

    Keep the review clear.

We test the agreed workflow and hand over how to use it. The plan identifies who reviews drafts, what to check and who maintains the guidance as the business changes.

A working workflow with clear human review.

Our approach

Before we
work with your inbox.

Will the assistant send emails automatically?

This service starts with summaries and drafts for human review. Sending actions are only included if they are explicitly agreed in the project scope, with the relevant permissions and controls.

Can it connect to any email account?

We check the account features, available connections and permissions before proposing a build. We do not assume that every inbox supports the same access or actions.

What information do you need from us?

We need to understand the task, the email tools and what a good response looks like. We agree which examples and business guidance are needed, and the access required for the defined workflow.

Can it quote a price or make commitments for us?

Drafts must stay within the information and rules you provide. Your team should verify prices, dates and other commitments before sending. Any connection to quote records is a separate part of the agreed scope.
