When you send a message

We collect the name, email address, business name, message and optional phone number that you provide. We store your inquiry with a reference and submission time so we can review it, respond and discuss work with you. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Where your message goes

Inquiries are stored in the website’s database, provided through our hosting service. If email notifications are connected, an inquiry is also passed to our delivery service so KORPACT can respond. We use your details to handle your inquiry and any work we agree together.

Booking a conversation

When you propose a call, we collect your preferred date and time, contact details and any context you choose to share. We store this as an inquiry to arrange the conversation. Where live checks are connected, we consult Google Calendar for the specific 30-minute period you select and return only whether it is available. Temporary availability checks expire after ten minutes; they do not expose event details or the rest of the calendar. Sending a request does not create a confirmed appointment. Google processes calendar information under its own privacy terms.

Basic technical protection

To limit automated submissions, the contact form uses a hidden spam field and a temporary rate-limit identifier derived from your network address. We store a salted hash for this purpose, not your raw IP address in the contact database. These identifiers expire and are removed during routine contact-form processing.

Your language preference

If you choose a language, we use an optional preference cookie to remember your choice for one year. It keeps that language as you navigate and return to the website. You can change it using the selector or remove the cookie in your browser. It is not used for advertising.

Analytics and retention

We use our own aggregate counters to understand which pages are viewed and how many inquiries and preferred-time requests the website receives. Totals are grouped by day in Sydney time, page, language and immediate referral category, such as search engine, AI assistant, internal link or unknown source. Our analytics do not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, full URLs, searches, full referrers or form details. They use no cookies or browser storage and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Views are approximate visible browser page loads, not unique people; a time request is not a confirmed appointment. Daily totals older than 400 days are gradually removed during routine use. The hosting provider may process essential technical information to operate and protect the service. We keep inquiries while they are useful for responding to you or managing our business relationship.
