AI has long been
part of the picture.
I’m Hugo Rodríguez, the founder of KORPACT.
AI has long been part of how I create, solve problems and build digital projects. I work directly with the tools: giving them context, testing approaches and refining the results around a clear purpose. That practical familiarity, together with my background in design and business, shapes the work I bring to KORPACT.
My background in marketing, design and digital production has kept that approach grounded in real work. I founded a marketing agency in Spain and have worked within audiovisual production teams, on projects across hospitality, property, sport and technology. That experience shaped how I approach a brief: understand the business, listen to the people and take responsibility for the details.
That connection with AI has also taken shape in work for Sensalia / Iroha Nature, where I prepared an AI presentation and concept mockups to explore practical uses for the business.
KORPACT brings those threads together. Based in Sydney, I bring that experience to the everyday work behind a business: understanding the task, choosing where AI or automation can help and making the result useful to the people using it.

The same thinking guides the systems we build. We started with our own contact process: a clear way to receive enquiries, record the details and make the handover useful.
That build uses automation to connect the steps, with a personal response from Hugo. It’s a practical example of technology earning its place in the working day.
