Pricing, timing and how we work. What you need to know before getting started.
Your business, your proposal
We start
by listening.
The first conversation is free, with no obligation. It helps us understand where automation could make a useful difference to your business.
Book a free first callHow much does an automation cost?
Each automation is quoted individually. We start with a free 30-minute meeting to understand your business, the tools you use and the tasks we could automate.
We then prepare a proposal and a personalised quote for your business, based on the automations and scope we agree. Before work begins, you will know what is included, the price, the expected timing and any ongoing costs for tools, support or maintenance.
How long will it take?
That depends on the workflow, the tools involved and what needs to be checked. We agree the expected timing in the proposal, including the access and review points needed from your team.
Do we need to change our tools or use AI?
We start with the tools you already use and check what they can connect to. AI has a role where interpreting information or generating a useful draft helps the task. A straightforward automation may be the right fit for other steps.
What do I need to do?
Bring one task you would like to improve and the names of the tools you use. No technical knowledge is needed. During the project, we agree the access and review points needed from your team.
What will I receive?
The agreed automation, connected and tested with you, with essential documentation and an explanation of how to use it. Ongoing support, maintenance and further improvements are agreed separately.
What happens after launch?
The handover covers how the system works and what to do when it needs attention. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and further improvements depend on the arrangement we agree for your project, with responsibilities and costs made clear.
